your treatment plan with you and provide a description of the proposed treatment,
and any
alternatives. We will gladly file your treatment claims with your insurance,
and will assist you in anyway we can to maximize your dental benefits. We
are sensitive to the fact that most insurance carriers do not cover treatment
costs 100%. For your convenience we have several payment options available
to include extended payment plans.
